Oxana Mikhaylova (Scheers)
My life credo is to never to stop learning. I have attained a master's degree in Economics from Saint-Petersburg, Russia, a professional degree in Accounting from Antwerp, Belgium, and a sommelier qualification from Bordeaux, France. Throughout my professional career, I have developed extensive experience in business management, particularly on an international level. This involved being CEO of a tug service company on the Baltic Sea, working as an accountant for an accounting firm in Belgium and managing a wine tourism start-up on the Black Sea coast.
Property development captured my imagination after moving to the England several years ago when my husband - a Belgian pilot - was relocated professionally. I am confident that my skills and considerable experience apply to property development. I strive to make a difference, working tirelessly to provide lasting solutions that benefit not only my community and family but also all people around me.
